Returns Policy

Regretfully sometimes mistakes happen. In the event that you have been sent the wrong item, Dutjahn Sandalwood Oils is happy to exchange your purchase free of charge. Please contact us via info@dutjahn.com with images of your order, and we will resolve your request as soon as possible.

In the event you made the wrong selection, please notify us of your intention to return your order within 7 business days of receipt, indicating the item you would like to purchase. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference. In the interests of safety and hygiene, we do not accept opened items. Reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit only if the return is due to an error by Dutjahn Sandalwood Oils.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify us by calling +61 8 9444 6600 or email us at info@dutjahn.com with any complaint. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.

Shipping Details

Once an order has been completed, a tracking email will be sent with an Australia Post or courier tracking reference. This tracking email will be sent to the email address that was entered by the customer.

Customs

When placing an international order for delivery to your home country, you must observe and apply its importation laws and tax requirements. Dutjahn Sandalwood Oils cannot be held accountable for parcels stopped by Customs or their additional fees and charges. Please check with your local authorities for any unique requirements.

Order Replacement Policy

If an order is not received within 21 days please advise our Customer Service Department immediately to enable us to track your parcel. If your parcel is not located we will replace your purchase free of charge and send it to you immediately. Simply contact our Customer Service Department by email for further information.
